Real-time content management

Log in to your screen control panel to add and remove messages, change the running order of messages and add or remove YouTube videos. The control panel is completely intuitive to use and requires no specialist knowledge.

Your screen control computer is connected permanently to the intenet so any changes you make to content appear immediately on the screen.

Simple message editor

The messages on your screen use a fixed template so that you don’t need to have any layout skills to get started making screen messages. Our simple text editor allows you to format and change message text and the mini screen preview window lets you see what the finished message will look like.

You can create messages and suspend them so they will only display when you need them. This is very useful for seasonal campaigns like flu jabs or one-off events like patient group meeting announcements.

Content library

As well as the message editing facility, your control panel includes a library of pre-made videos and animated infographics to include on your screen. We want you to be able to use your waiting room information screen to maximum effect so we have created this ready-made content library to save you time. There are over 150 patient information videos available covering general health and common conditions, ways to access primary care services, making the right service choices, self-care suggestions and healthy lifestyle advice.

Back-up and support

Your screen software runs on our dedicated web server which you can access 24/7 via your screen control panel. We run an offline back up of the screen database at midnight every day so we can restore your screen messages if you accidentaly delete them or in the unlikely event of our server going down (never happened yet).

Most importantly, we monitor your screen performance live during normal office hours to ensure minimum down time in the event of a break in internet connection at your site. You can call us Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and get straight through to one of our support team (no phone queues) or log in to our online help desk for less urgent requests.

Online tutorials

We believe our software is very easy to use and many of our clients plunge straight in and start creating new messages for their screen from the off. We are, however, happy to run through the operation of your screen control panel with you if you are not sure of anything or to fast-track a new member of your team. We operate a “no question too stupid” policy and are always happy to help.

Content creation

Our library of ready-made content is constantly expanding and most of it comes from suggestions and requests from our users. If you think we are missing something or have any suggestions for improving our existing content, we are open for business!

We also appreciate that you might want to promote practice-specific services on your screen and are happy to create animated content for your specialist clinic or to publicise some local service subject to our fair use policy.
